These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set out the terms of use for the online shop "The Kimono Footwear | WA-soul" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by Kinpuku Shoten Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
All customers who use this service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all relationships between users and our company regarding the use of this service.

Article 5 (Sales Contract)

  1. When a user makes a purchase application for this service and our company accepts it, a sales contract will be established between our company and the user.
  2. Ownership of the products will be transferred to the user when we hand over the products to the carrier.
  3. Conditions regarding product prices, payment methods, shipping fees, delivery times, cancellations, returns and exchanges shall be in accordance with the "Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act" separately stipulated by our company.
  4. Our company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice in the following cases:
    • If the user violates these terms or laws and regulations
    • If there is any falsehood in the registration information or order details
    • If delivery is not completed due to long-term absence, unknown address, unpaid customs duties, etc.
    • Any other case in which the Company determines that the relationship of trust between the Company and the User has been significantly damaged.

Article 6 (Payment Services)

Payments for the Service may be made through an external payment processing service used by the Company.
Details of payment methods, payment timing, etc. shall be in accordance with the "Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The copyright and intellectual property rights of the product images, text, logos, designs and other content posted on this service belong to our company or the legitimate rights holder.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify or make secondary use of these without our permission.

Article 8 (Prohibited matters)

When using this service, users must not engage in the following acts.

  1. Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
  2. Criminal acts or acts that could be criminal
  3. Actions that infringe on the rights or interests of our company or a third party

  3. We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance procedures, etc. incurred during international shipping, unless otherwise provided for by law.

The revised terms and conditions will come into effect from the time they are displayed on the Service.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office.
