(1) Order period
This will be specified on each product page.
Please note that if the planned quantity is reached, we may stop accepting orders even if the period is still open.
(2) Production period
After the order period ends, we will start production upon confirmation of payment.
It takes approximately 45 to 55 days to produce.
(3) Shipping period
After production is completed, inspection and shipping procedures are carried out.
We will ship within one week after production ends.
For overseas shipping, we use EMS or DHL Express.
Special terms regarding returns, exchanges and cancellations
(1) Cancellation
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after the purchase process has been completed.
However, cancellation is possible only within the order period by contacting us by email and receiving our approval.
Since this is a made-to-order product, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.
In the event of a cancellation, the purchaser will be responsible for any bank transfer fees, settlement fees, exchange losses, etc. associated with refunds.
(2) Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or there is a defect caused by us.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item.
If there is a problem with the fit, we will issue a coupon equivalent to the purchase price after confirming the return of the non-defective item (non-refundable).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, except in the case of defective products.
(3) Exchange
As the kimono material used is unique, we cannot exchange the same item.
If the product does not fit properly, we will provide a coupon, just like we would for a return.
Application expiration date
Orders must be placed within the order period stated on each product page.
Special Terms of Sale Since this is a made-to-order product, there are restrictions on changes or cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
Restrictions on Termination Due to the nature of made-to-order products, the contract cannot be terminated once production has begun.
Liability for defects If the product is defective, we will repair, replace or provide a replacement at our own risk.
